National association ‘Euro center certified expert-valuers’ ECCEV together with ‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. organize and conduct courses for expert-valuers of assets since 2002.

The activity of the organizations begins with training of experts in the field of art valuables’ appraising. They have long-tern experience in the organizing of courses for licensing valuers of art valuables and art monument buildings together with the Agency of Privatization and licensing valuers of real estates by methods approved by the institution.

National association ECCEV and ‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. conduct courses for expert-valuers, rasing of qualification of court experts and licensed valuers in the field of real estates/property, cultural monument buildings, agricultural land, machines and equipment, movable property, enterprises, management of real estates/property, automobile expertise, criminology of traffic accidents, insurance fraud etc.

Also organize courses for valuers of agricultural land, improvements and perennial plants. The program and the lecturers of those courses are approved by Ministry of Agriculture and forests. The people who have finished the courses of ECCEV are also granted a certificate for qualified valuers of agricultural land by the Ministry of Agriculture and forests and are registered in The State Newspaper.

Also organize courses for expert-valuers of investment projects and courses on financial analysis and business planning.

National association ECCEV and ‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. conduct courses for practicing brokers of real estates/property.

The organizations work with highly qualified lecturers – having academic rank, experts from Ministries and other government institutions.

During the period April – September 2005 ‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. successfully executed a project for training of expert-valuers of art valuables and art monument buildings financed by the PHARE program.

In 2007 the association executed another project for training of real estate and agricultural land brokers financed by The World Bank.

With the certificates of ECCEV and ‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. the valuers can apply for experts in the court system, work for banks, insurance companies, with notaries etc.

The organizations train government personnel of ministries, agencies and other institutions, experts of the regional and municipal management in the Republic of Bulgaria.

National association ‘Euro center certified expert-valuers’ ECCEV together with ‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. support a national registry of valuers of assets in all specialties and brokers of real estates published in www.oceniteli.com.

‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. possesses Certificate Nr. 329 by MLSP (Ministry of Labor and Social Policy) for a Day center.

‘Values and Partnership’ Ltd. conducted a training course for experts at the headquarters of the largest auction house for art valuables in Europe ‘Etude Tajan’ – Paris (2002), as well as with the financial and administrative director of ‘Etude Tajan’ – Mr. Jean Paul Roquet in Sofia (2002)
